Rules

11. (A) The secretaries of all teams must enter their match returns onto the FA Full-time website within 72 hours of the date and time played of each Competition match in the prescribed manner. This must include indicating by tick boxes the forename(s) and surname of the team players, their goal scorers and the amount of times they scored, man of the match and if the goal keeper kept a clean sheet. Match returns must also show the Referee markings required by Rule 13, or any other information required by the Competition. Failure to do so will incur a fine (See fines Tariff).
(B) Both Home and Away teams shall respond to the text message sent by the FA in conjunction with the “Full Time” website to the nominated representatives of each Club, with the result of the match and their goal scorers by 17:30h on a Saturday and by 22:00h on a weekday. Failure to do so could result in a fine for a club by the management committee.
(C) For any team having IT problems or faults with the FA Full-time system, with the permission of the management committee may for a limited period of time decided by the management committee may post or electronic mail their match report forms (downloadable from the league website) to the competition secretary to be entered on their behalf.
